    • Bookings are subject to confirmation and service availability.

    • We may contact you by phone or email to confirm details.

  • If you purchase prescription glasses through Clearsight Domiciliary and find you are  intolerant to the lenses within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund or  replacement.

If there are any issues with the frames, including manufacturing faults or defects, a refund or  replacement is available within 30 days of collection or delivery.

Refunds requested after this period will be considered case by case and are not guaranteed.

For hearing aid information or issues, please visit Clarity Ear Clinic’s own website, as their  policies apply independently.

  • When customers request to have existing frames reglazed (new lenses fitted into their own  frame), this service is carried out at the customer’s own risk.

There is always a possibility of frame damage during reglazing due to material condition,  brittleness, or heat/pressure required.

While all reasonable care is taken, Clearsight Domiciliary accepts no responsibility for  breakage or damage to customer-supplied frames during reglazing.

Submission of frames for reglazing implies acceptance of this risk.

  • Our clinicians follow strict infection prevention and control measures in accordance with  NHS, College of Optometrists, and care home protocols.

All equipment is sanitised between patients, and PPE is used as required to ensure patient  safety.
