Step by step process
1. Get in Touch
Call us on 0333 335 5350 and one of our team members will arrange a convenient date and time for your home eye test.
2. Your Home Visit
Our qualified optician will come to your home and carry out a full eye test using the latest portable equipment – giving you the same quality of care you’d expect on the high street, but in the comfort of your own home.
3. Your Eye Examination
After the test, your optician will explain the results, discuss any health findings, and let you know if you need new glasses or an updated prescription. You’ll also have the chance to try on a selection of frames and choose the ones that feel and look right for you.
4. Glasses & delivery

During your appointment, we carry out a comprehensive eye test, checking not only your vision but also looking for important signs of eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
If you’re eligible for a free NHS sight test, you may also qualify for a home visit if you’re unable to leave the house without assistance. For those not covered by the NHS, we offer private eye tests for just £50 — the most affordable domiciliary sight test on the market.
And if glasses are needed, we offer a wide range of stylish and affordable frames, carefully chosen to suit every taste and budget — all fitted and delivered with the same personal care.
